PTA MEETINGS!
Hear what’s going on around campus first hand at our General PTA meetings. Every meeting begins with a Principal’s Report and a Teacher’s Report, providing current information about what is happening this coming month. Next, we dive into the PTA Treasurer’s Report. Fiscal transparency is incredibly important to us. We want you to see how we are spending the money that has been invested in our students by our community. PTA Committee Reports drop next, giving you a look into all the avenues the PTA supports & where we stand. After all the reports have been given, we open the floor to New Business, which is the best time to ask questions or begin a discussion if needed. Your voice is vital to how we operate, so don’t hesitate to speak up. You can also email us at info@delevanpta.org if you have a need for more in depth discussion or want to be involved!
We typically hold tour meetings on the first Thursday of the month, but that adjusts when that Thursday isn’t an active school day! See below for our General PTA meeting schedule for the 2025-2026 school year!
PTA MEMBERSHIP
Connecting families and schools nationwide for more than 125 years, PTA is the largest children’s advocacy organization in the country. Composed of parents/caregivers, students, teachers, school staff, administrators, & community partners, our PTA members are event-planners, haunted house builders, yearbook sorters, spreadsheet makers, fundraisers. We are here to engage; we are here to advocate; we are here to invest; we are here to unite; we are here to connect; & we are here to enrich. And we are always on the hunt for anyone interested in being more involved in what we do!

The 2025-2026 PTA Membership Drive was a ROARING success! Thank you for joining us in our mission to make Delevan an amazing community to be a part of! If you are new to Delevan or not yet a PTA member, please see the FAQ below! If you are a member, keep in mind that your membership needs to be renewed for each new school year. So please check the status of your membership in your Totem account to make sure it is active!
Why join the PTA? By joining PTA you are supporting valuable programs and services being delivered at your school. These yearly dues support your school and students.
Who can join the PTA? Anyone who wants to support Delevan can be a member. That includes parents, students, family members, and friends.
How do I join or renew my membership? Click the Join button below to take you to our online membership portal, Totem.
What happens once I join the PTA? Once you join the PTA you will receive an email once a month reminding you about our general PTA meetings. Other than yearly membership dues there are no obligations.
Do I have to attend PTA meetings? No! PTA meetings keep you up to date about happenings at Delevan and how the PTA supports our school, but it is not required.
Do I have to volunteer? No again! But the PTA is run on volunteer power. So while volunteer time is not required, the more help we have, the better! If you’re interested in volunteering in any capacity please email info@delevanpta.org or check out our ‘What We Do!’ page for more information.
How much is it to be a member? It is a $12 yearly membership fee along with a $1 transaction fee.
