harvest fest Event Planning
Mark your calendars! This year Harvest Fest will be on Friday, October 24, from 2:45-5:15pm. This is a free event & all are welcome. It is also the first large-scale, volunteer-run event. If anyone is interested in helping plan the event, check the graphic below for the dates! All meetings will be at 8pm via Zoom. Meeting ID: 894 7115 3952
As we get closer to the event, we may adjust this meeting schedule or cancel meetings as needed as the event comes more into focus!
harvest fest Volunteering
We have a huge need for Harvest Fest Volunteers! Our Sign Up Genius is live with all our needs listed, so take a look at the list below and then click the link to sign up.
Harvest Fest Day of Setup Volunteer | TIER II REQUIRED
Join us on October 24 at 9:30 am to help us build Harvest Fest from the ground up! Maybe you help build a booth, maybe you help general setup, carry and organize pumpkins, or maybe even build the photo booth backdrop - there are always tasks that we need extra hands for!
Game Booth Volunteer
Each grade has a Game Booth that they put together, but we always need help running these attractions! There will be THREE (3) shifts, beginning at 2:30pm, to still allow for all volunteers to get to experience Harvest Fest with their families! This is also a great opportunity for community service requirements for older kiddos in Jr Hugh or High School. Stephanie Earley will be the contact for all community service fulfillment, you can email (searley@delevanpta.org) with any question you may have!
Haunted House Set Up Volunteer | TIER II REQUIRED
Beginning 10/22, we will be loading in our Haunted House into the Garden. Hours are flexible within the 8:30am-2:30pm window!
Haunted House Event Volunteer
Come one, come all to help us scare and excite the kiddos in the Haunted House during Harvest Fest.
Harvest Fest Clean Up Volunteer
We ALWAYS need extra hands to help get our campus back to normal after an event. Since Harvest Fest welcomes so many of the community, we have a HUGE need for people to stay after the event and help clean up. It’s all hands on deck! Help us maintain the privilege of being able to throw these community events on campus!

Costume Parade
Delevan’s Annual Costume Parade will be held on OCTOBER 31, 2025. Some years Harvest Fest and the Costume Parade are held on the same day, but this year with how Halloween falls, it was impossible to make work! We just will have double the Fall Fun!
Join the kiddos and teachers for this hilariously good time because . . . campus will be OPEN for parents to attend in-person! Students and Staff alike will dress up and strut their stuff. Awards are given by grade level and category of costume. Who will win an award at the next costume parade?
